Justin Hacker, also known as “RoadBloc,” is a Kentucky-based event coordinator and emerging music management professional with a strong foundation in live event production, promotion, and community engagement. Known for his ability to bring people together and create high-energy experiences, Justin has played a key role in supporting and executing large-scale events such as the Stanton Fright Ride and Bikes, Bourbon & Bluegrass.

Through his work with Man O’ War Harley-Davidson and his growing RoadBloc brand, Justin has developed hands-on experience in event logistics, artist coordination, and audience growth. His background in grassroots marketing and social media strategy has allowed him to successfully promote events and build engaged communities both online and in person.

Justin is currently expanding his footprint in the music industry through his work with Bransetter Music Management and Bourbon Barrel Music Group, where he focuses on artist development, brand growth, and creating meaningful fan connections.
