Hannah Wheeler

LISTEN: darlene

"I wrote Darlene because I decided that there were way too many songs where guys cause all the trouble. But I like to cause a little trouble too so, I wrote a song about a trouble making woman like myself." - Hannah Wheeler

LISTEN: the Judge

"The Judge is a story about my Papaw's gun. He was a coal miner for over 40 years in Perry County, KY. When he retired from the mines, all his friends put in and bought him a Taurus Judge. He said they called it the Judge because it makes the decisions. I never knew what he meant by that until I shot it. He was right... which lead me to write this song." -Hannah Wheeler
